This training will demonstrate how water system components can work together to provide protective barriers against waterborne disease. Topics will focus on the elements of a Sanitary Survey including the Source, Treatment and Distribution Barriers. Participants will learn how to perform a Sanitary Survey of a ground water system and apply those skills to their own system/s.
This training includes a field component to be held at the water system facilities operated by the Sac & Fox Nation
Training is FREE for EPA Region 6 Tribal Drinking Water System personnel. Training Credits are available!
