Determining Your Level of Service & Customer Communication
How well do you know or understand the level of service you are providing your customers? Have you ever thought about the cost implications of the service you provide? Are you spending too much in some areas and too little in others? Understanding specifically what you want to provide your customers by setting level of service goals and measuring if you met them can help the utility in a variety of ways. One important component of level of service is communicating with customers. This communication lets customers know what you will provide them and should help them understand the need to pay an adequate rate.
This workshop will help you understand what service levels are, how to set them, and how to communicate with your customers.
